The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of an antidumping duty new shipper review of certain frozen warmwater shrimp from Vietnam (A-552-802), which sets a zero AD cash deposit rate for Quoc Viet Seaproducts Processing Trading and Import-Export Co., Ltd. This rate, which is officially effective August 1, 2011, is expected to be implemented by CBP soon.

The International Trade Administration is initiating an antidumping duty changed circumstances review of stainless steel plate in coils from Belgium (A-423-808). The ITA is initiating the review to determine whether Aperam Stainless Belgium N.V. is the successor-in-interest to ArcelorMittal Stainless Belgium N.V. for purposes of determining AD duty liability. (ArcelorMittal's current AD duty rate is 6.57%.)
The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its antidumping duty changed circumstances review of carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod from Mexico (A-201-830) in which it finds that ArcelorMittal las Truchas, S.A. de C.V. (AMLT) is the successor-in-interest to Siderurgica lazaro Cardenas las Truchas S.A. de C.V. (Sicartsa) and, thus should receive the same AD duty treatment as Sicartsa (AD duty rate of 1.26%). The rate, which is officially effective July 29, 2011, is expected to be implemented by CBP soon.
The International Trade Commission announces that a Section 337 patent-based complaint has been filed regarding certain products containing interactive program guide and parental controls technology.

Affected items include electric blankets, woven sacks, candles, ironing boards, fish fillets, lawn groomers, metal products, and chemicals.
