  • Harper Government to help food processors export products. The Harper Government is investing up to $2.65 million into the Canadian Food Exporters Association (CFEA) in order to help food and beverage processors access while competing in key global markets in the world economy. (here)
  • Beira Mar Importers Co. Ltd. import license canceled. The CFIA has announced that it has canceled the import license for Beira Mar Importers Co. Ltd. due to their noncompliance of Dairy Product Regulations. (here)
  • China unitized wall modules. The CBSA is announcing that importers need to provide a response to the request for information for the reinvestigation of certain unitized wall modules originating in or exported from China. (here)
  • Hot rolled carbon steel plate. The CITT has concluded its expiry review and decided that the continuation of dumping for hot rolled carbon steel plate originating in or exported from Bulgaria, The Czech Republic and Romania will continue. (here)
  • Product Recalls. U.S. Boiler Company Recalls Gas Fired Hot Water Boilers manufactured in the United States (here), Amerella/RunNorth Inc. recalls polo pajamas manufactured in India (here), Grenfell Handicrafts recalls Children’s Upper Outerwear and Drawstrings manufactured in Canada (here), Trek recalls Madone Bicycles manufactured in the United States, Germany and Taiwan.
