The Commerce Department has published the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on steel nails from Malaysia (A-557-816). These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD duties on importers for subject merchandise entered July 2021 through June 2022.
The Commerce Department has published the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on strontium chromate from France (A-427-830). Commerce set an AD rate of zero percent for Societe Nouvelle des Couleurs Zinciques, the only company under review. Commerce will instruct CBP to liquidate subject merchandise from SNCZ entered Nov. 1, 2021, through Oct. 31, 2022, without regard to AD, it said. The new AD duty cash deposit rate for SNCZ takes effect Feb. 6, the date of publication of these final results in the Federal Register.

Commerce continued to find that the one company under review -- VidaXL Ningbo Industry Co., Ltd. -- isn't eligible for a separate rate and is part of the China-wide entity, with an AD rate of 216.01%.
