CBP has posted instructions on receiving and responding to CBP forms via ACE. CBP's instructions include details on granting users access to the CBP forms functionality. Currently, ACE allows authorized users to receive and respond to three commonly used CBP forms: CBP Form 28 (Request for Information), CBP Form 29 (Notice of Action), and CBP Form 4647 (Notice to Mark/Notice to Re-Deliver). U.S. Customs and Border Protection has issued a CSMS message announcing that it is delaying the deployment of ACE Entry Summary, Accounts and Revenue (ESAR) III capabilities (also referred to as ESAR A2.3.1a) that was scheduled for January 17, 2010.
