CBP has issued a CSMS message stating that on June 13, 2010 PTR 37217 was to be deployed into the ACE Truck Application to resolve a QP in-bond problem that was preventing the release of a shipment on an e-manifest. This PTR was to also change the way ACE processes a PAPS shipment type when both a QP in-bond and an entry are on file for the same shipment control number (SCN).

The International Trade Data System states the ACE Helpdesk (Technical Support Center [TSC] 1-800-927-8729M) is having difficulty in identifying PGA users in order to reset their ACE passwords. The TSC staff is currently unable to display or locate valid PGA users in the ACE system user registry known as ITIM.
