The complaint, filed March 29, alleges Insta360’s One X, One R, One R 1-inch, One X2, One RS, One RS 1-inch 360, X3, Go 3, Ace and Ace Pro copy GoPro’s patented technologies used in its Hero and Max lines of products. GoPro seeks a limited exclusion order and cease and desist order banning imports of infringing cameras from Insta360.
