For exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all except the companies listed below), cash deposit rates remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. If the exporter has never been assigned its own AD rate but the manufacturer has, the rate assigned to the manufacturer applies. For merchandise manufactured and exported by companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the all-others rate of 5.95% applies.

New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect May 4

For entries on or after May 4, the date these final results were published in the Federal Register, Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates for subject merchandise produced or exported by five companies, as follows:

ExporterAD Rate
Ajmal Steel Tubes & Pipes Ind. L.L.C. / Ajmal Steel Tubes & Pipes Ind. L.L.C.-Branch-15.06%

Assessment Rates for Entries December 2020 - November 2021

Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between Dec. 1, 2020, and Nov. 30, 2021. For entries from Ajmal and Universal, Commerce will calculate importer-specific rates. For the other exporters subject to this review, Commerce will assess AD duties at the rates listed above.
