The complaint alleges that Rocateq International, Rocateq USA and Zhuhai Rocateq Technology Co. import products that infringe on five of Gatekeeper's patents concerning locking and movement systems for shopping carts. Gatekeeper asked the ITC to issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders against Rocateq and its related companies.
