Lashify Seeks General Section 337 Import Ban on Artificial Eyelash Extensions

Lashify seeks a general exclusion order banning all imports of artificial eyelash extension systems that infringe its patents, it told the International Trade Commission in a Section 337 complaint filed Sept. 10. The complaint says several companies are importing systems that infringe patents related to Lashify’s Control Kit line. Lashify also seeks cease and desist orders against KISS Nail Products, Ulta Beauty, Walmart, CVS, Hollyren, Xizi Lashes, Worldbeauty, Lilac St. and Avant Garde. Comments are due to the ITC by Oct. 6.
