CBP has also posted an updated CF 1401 (Record of Vessel in Foreign Trade Clearances) - an electronic query report for CF 1401 of the VMS, in accordance with 19 CFR 4.95, organized by clearances.
FDA's OASIS import system was to be down intermittently for maintenance on Saturday June 4, 2011 starting at approximately 03:00 am (0300), and is not anticipated to be back up until 12:30 pm (1230). U.S. Customs and Border Protection has issued a technical amendment to its regulations by revising the list of user fee airports to reflect the recent user fee airport designation for Dallas Love Field Municipal Airport, in Dallas, Texas. User fee airports are those airports which, while not qualifying for designation as international or landing rights airports, have been approved by the Commissioner of CBP to receive, for a fee, the services of CBP officers for the processing of aircraft entering the U.S., and the passengers and cargo of those aircraft.
