CBP has issued a CSMS message stating that the end-dating of Industry 57 - Biological Products product codes will take effect on June 14, 2010. CBP previously announced that these product codes would be end-dated on November 30, 2009; however, CBP sources state that the trade was given an extension and that they will be end-dated on June 14. In the June 9, 2010 issue of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Bulletin (Vol. 44, No. 24), CBP published notices that propose to modify or revoke 15 rulings regarding the products described below.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection has issued a CSMS message announcing that it hopes to re-deploy ABI air in-bond functionality (ABI Application identifiers QX/QT and WX/WT) in late Spring 2010.
