S. 3454 contains trade-related provisions on supply chain exclusions, border deployment, the Berry Amendment, DoD procurement, etc. The House passed its own FY 2011 National Defense Authorization Act (H.R. 5136) on May 28, 2010. (H.R. 5136 contains some, but not all, of S. 3454’s trade provisions.)
