The CBP San Francisco field office officially selected a Centralized Examination Stations (CES) operator, it said in an information notice. CBP said it has signed a written agreement with Bobac CFS to operate a Anti-Terrorism Contraband Enforcement Team CES facility.
There's been delays in CBP responses to Importer Security Filing (ISF) submissions, the agency said in a CSMS message. The agency is "aware that responses to ISF transmissions are delayed," it said. "While this issue is worked on the trade is advised to transmit normally but do not submit a second filing in order to attempt to force an acceptance. A follow-up message will be sent out once processing is back to normal."
