The Commerce Department has released the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils from South Korea (A-580-834). The agency preliminarily set a 58.79% AD rate for the one company remaining in the review, Korinox Co., Ltd. Any changes to the cash deposit rate would take effect on the publication date of the final results of this review. Rates calculated in this review will be used to set assessment rates for importers of subject merchandise from Korinox that was entered July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023.
The Commerce Department has released the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on citric acid and certain citrate salts from Belgium (A-423-813). The agency preliminarily calculated a zero percent AD rate for the only company under review, Citribel nv. If the agency's finding is continued in the final results, importers of subject merchandise from Citribel entered July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023, won't be assessed AD. Any changes to rates for Citribel would take effect on the date of publication in the Federal Register of the final results of this review, due in August.
The Commerce Department and the International Trade Commission began five-year sunset reviews of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on cast iron soil pipe from China (A-570-079/C-570-080), steel wheels from China (A-570-082/C-570-083) and utility scale wind towers from China (A-570-981/C-570-982). The agencies also will review the AD orders on large residential washers from Mexico (A-201-842) and on utility scale wind towers from Vietnam (A-552-863), Commerce said in a notice April 1.
