The Commerce Department has published the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on non-oriented electrical steel (NOES) from Japan (A-588-872). Rates calculated in this review will be used to set assessment rates for importers of subject merchandise from the only producer/exporter remaining under review, Nippon Steel Corp., that was entered Dec. 1, 2022, through Nov. 30, 2023.

The Commerce Department has published the preliminary results of a countervailing duty administrative review of carbazole violet pigment 23 (CVP-23) from India (C-533-839). This review covers subject merchandise from three exporters under review entered during the period Jan. 1, 2022, through Dec. 31, 2022.

The Commerce Department has published the preliminary results of its countervailing duty administrative review on granular polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resin from India (C-533-900). The agency calculated a preliminary rate of 5.16% for Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited (and its cross-owned affiliate Inox Leasing and Finance Limited), the only company under review. If those rates are finalized in the final results of this review, the 5.16% CVD rate would apply for cash deposit purposes, and for the purposes of assessments for entries from Gujarat Jan. 1, 2023, through Dec. 31, 2023, the period of review. Changes to Gujarat's cash deposit rate would take effect beginning on the date of publication of the final results in the Federal Register.

The Commerce Department has published the preliminary results of a countervailing duty administrative review of mobile access equipment and subassemblies thereof from China (C-570-140). This review covers subject merchandise from the exporters under review entered during calendar year 2022.

The Commerce Department has published the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on raw honey from Vietnam (A-552-833). These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD on importers for subject merchandise entered Aug. 25, 2021, through May 31, 2023.

The Commerce Department has published the final results of its antidumping duty administrative review on prestressed concrete steel wire strand from Spain (A-469-821; CBP case number A-470-821). For entries on or after April 14, the date these final results were published in the Federal Register, Commerce is setting a new 3.44% AD cash deposit rate for Global Special Steel Products S.A.U. (d/b/a Trenzas y Cables de Acero PSC, S.L., or TYCSA), the only company under review. Commerce will liquidate entries at importer-specific rates for entries from TYCSA during the period June 1, 2022, through May 31, 2023.
