The International Trade Administration is requesting comments on the means by which it can best capture the cost of labor in its wage rate methodology in antidumping proceedings involving China or other non-market economy (NME) countries.
The International Trade Administration has issued an affirmative preliminary determination that certain cut-to-length carbon steel plate (CTL plate) products with 0.0008 percent or more boron, by weight, regardless of the producer, are circumventing the antidumping duty order on CTL plate from China (A-570-849).
