If the agency's finding is continued in the final results, importers of subject merchandise from Oman Fasteners entered between July 1, 2022, and June 30, 2023, won't be assessed antidumping duties. Any changes to cash deposit rate for Oman Fasteners would take effect on the publication date of the final results in the Federal Register.
