The Commerce Department has published the final results of its countervailing duty administrative review on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from South Korea (C-580-888). The agency set a 1.47% CVD cash deposit rate for the only company under review, POSCO and its affiliates. Rates set in this review will be used to set importer assessment for subject merchandise entered Jan. 1, 2022, through Dec. 31, 2022.
The Commerce Department has published the final results of its countervailing duty administrative review on organic soybean meal from India (C-533-902). New CVD cash deposit rates set in this review are effective Dec. 10, the date the results were published in the Federal Register. These rates also will be used to set final assessments of CVD on importers for subject merchandise entered during the period Sept. 3, 2021, through Dec. 31, 2022.

These final results will be used to set final assessments of antidumping duties on importers for subject merchandise entered Nov. 1, 2022, through Oct. 31, 2023.

The International Trade Commission seeks comments by the close of business on Dec. 18 on its Section 337 investigation on imported power converters (ITC Inv. No. 337-TA-1370), it said in a notice to be published Dec. 10 in the Federal Register. The complaint was originally filed in 2023 by Vicor Corp. of Massachusetts (see 2307180003) alleging that Taiwanese and Chinese companies imported power converter modules and computing systems that infringe three of Vicor's patents related to power system technologies used in high-density and high-efficiency applications like "high-end" computing. Vicor asked the ITC for a limited exclusion order forbidding entry of the proposed respondents’ infringing products and a cease and desist order.
The International Trade Commission has ended a Section 337 investigation on imported network equipment supporting NETCONF standards (ITC Inv. No. 337-TA-1391) with a finding of no patent violation, it said in a notice.
