Neoti LLC, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its LED displays of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 8528.59.3370, dutiable at 5%, and secondary subheading 9903.88.15, with a 7.5% Section 301 duty, should be classified under subheading 8528.52.0000, free of duty, and secondary subheading 9903.01.32, free of duty. # 25-00210. Maple Trade Corporation, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its plastic foodware containers of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 3923.90.0080, dutiable at 3%, and secondary subheading 9903.88.03, which comes with a 25% Section 301 duty, should be classified under subheading 3924.10.4000, dutiable at 3.4%. # 25-00211.
