South Korea CTL Plate: Final Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department released the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate products from South Korea (A-580-836). These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD for subject merchandise for the companies under review entered Feb. 1, 2023, through Jan. 31, 2024.

Commerce said it made no changes to the preliminary results of this review.
For exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all except the companies listed below), cash deposit rates will remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. For companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the all-others rate of 0.98% applies.
New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Sept. 22
For entries on or after Sept. 22, the date the final results of this review are scheduled for publication in the Federal Register, Commerce is setting new AD cash deposit rates for subject merchandise produced or exported by the following companies:

Assessment Rates for Entries in February 2023-January 2024
Subject merchandise exported by Hyundai Steel and Dongkuk Steel during the period Feb. 1, 2023, through Jan. 31, 2024, will be liquidated without regard to AD.
