India: Intensifying Efforts to Conclude US Trade Deal
The Indian government said that the chief negotiator from the American side for a bilateral trade agreement agreed with Indian officials "to intensify efforts to achieve early conclusion of a mutually beneficial Trade Agreement."

Brendan Lynch, who was in New Delhi on Sept. 16, and Indian Commerce Department officials had "positive and forward looking [discussions] covering various aspects of the trade deal," the statement said.
