CBP: ACE Can Accept Extension of Section 301 Product Exclusions
CBP late last week provided guidance on the extension of Section 301 product exclusions for goods imported from China, noting that ACE functionality for the acceptance of these exclusions is available.

The guidance, offered via an Aug. 29 cargo systems message, follows the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative's Aug. 28 announcement that the extension of 164 product-specific exclusions and 14 exclusions covering certain manufacturing equipment subject to Section 301 duties will run through Nov. 29 (see 2508280057.
