- The FY 2026 Customs User Fees deployed to the ACE Certification and Production environments on Aug. 28. Adjusted fee amounts and limitations will be applied to importations effective Oct. 1. The ACE CBP and Trade Automated Interface Requirements (CATAIR) Entry Summary Create/Update v106 has been updated to include the FY 2026 Customs User Fees and will be posted under the Chapters: Current Capabilities tab (here).
- CBP is informing the Office of Management of Budget that it plans to continue information from Form 300, The Bonded Warehouse Proprietor's Submission, which is prepared annually by each warehouse proprietor. The information collected on this form helps CBP determine all bonded merchandise that was entered, released and manipulated in the warehouse, CBP said in a Federal Register notice. Public comments are due by Nov. 3 (here).
- CBP is informing the Office of Management of Budget that it will continue to collect information from the Enforce and Protect Act (EAPA) e-allegations submissions portal. The agency also is seeking to ask for the email address and the phone number of the alleger and of the violating importer, optional contact information for the representing attorney, and the type of violation and its corresponding details (here).
