CBP Releases Aug. 20 and Aug. 27 Customs Bulletins
CBP has released two Customs Bulletins. The Aug. 20 Customs Bulletin (Vol. 59, No. 34) contains a modification of two ruling letters and revocation of treatment relating to the tariff classification of dimmers.

The Aug. 20 bulletin also includes two Court of International Trade slip opinions and two U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit decisions.
The Aug. 27 Customs Bulletin (Vol. 59, No. 35) includes the following rulings:
- revocation of one ruling letter and proposed revocation of treatment relating to the tariff classification of a 7100PP-R-xM RCMM optical patch panel from China
- proposed revocation of two ruling letters and proposed revocation of treatment relating to the tariff classification of underwater remotely operated vehicles
- proposed revocation of one ruling letter and proposed revocation of treatment relating to the tariff classification of a certain vehicle backseat protector
- revocation of three ruling letters, modification of one pre-classification ruling letter and revocation of treatment relating to the tariff classification of forklift accessories
- proposed revocation of two ruling letters, proposed modification of one ruling letter and proposed revocation of treatment relating to the tariff classification of SPA covers and SPA cover lifters.
The Aug. 27 bulletin also includes three Court of International Trade slip opinions and one U.S. Court of Appeals for the federal circuit decision.
