The GEO applies to claim 1 of the ’511 patent and the claim of the D’208 patent, while the LEO prohibits entry of products that infringe claim 19 of the ’511 patent as to respondents VOG Sports, Dezhou, Selfcipline and Tmax or infringe the claim of the D’205 patent as to respondents Trysauna, VOG Sports, Dezhou, Selfcipline, and Tmax. Additionally, the ITC set a bond of 100% of the value of the covered products during the presidential review for any of the respondents.
The order concludes the Section 337 investigation the ITC launched in 2024, based on allegations by Balanced Body that the respondents are importing aluminum reformers, which are stationary equipment used in pilates exercises, that copy its Allegro 2 and other product lines (see 2409260048).
