Treasury Collects $27B in Customs Duties in July
The Treasury Department collected nearly $27.7 billion in customs duties in July, the highest monthly value since the start of the 2025 fiscal year on Oct. 1, 2024, according to Treasury receipts data released Aug. 12.

July's total is 3.9% higher than the $26.6 billion collected in June.
Since the start of FY 2025 through July 31, the Treasury has collected $135.7 billion in customs duties, which is 116% higher than the $62.7 billion collected for the same period in FY 2024.
From January to March, the quarterly average in customs duties collected was $7.6 billion. From April to June, the quarterly average was $21.5 billion.
