- On Aug. 12, CBP deploys the following error code message to the ACE Cargo Release Certification environment: 321 – FIRMS LOCATION NOT IN THE SAME PORT CLUSTER. This pertains to type 21 (Warehouse) and type 22 (Re-Warehouse) entries (here).
