- CBP will deploy the third and final release of the Section 321 enhancement in the ACE Production environment on Aug. 12, following a successful deployment of the enhancement to the ACE Certification environment on June 26 (see 2506300018). After this release, ACE will withhold release of de minimis shipments that are ineligible for clearance because the $800 per person/per day threshold has been met. A post-deployment support call is scheduled for Aug. 19 at 1 p.m. EDT. - The National Commodity Specialist Division with CBP's Office of Trade says registration for its September round of sessions in a series of commodity-specific, educational webinars is now open. Each webinar will commence at 1:30 ET and run for about an hour. The September sessions will conclude this series on "Balancing Fair Trade" that began in March (here).
