China Wooden Cabinets: Prelim Results of CVD Admin Review
The Commerce Department has published the preliminary results of its countervailing duty administrative review on wooden cabinets and vanities and components thereof from China (C-570-107). This review covers subject merchandise from the exporters under review entered during the period Jan. 1, 2023, through Dec. 31, 2023.

Liquidation 'as Entered' for Entries From Exporters Not Subject to Review
Only the exporters for which an administrative review was requested are covered by this review. Cash deposit rates for all other exporters will not change. Commerce will order liquidation “as entered” for entries during the period of review from all exporters for which a review was not requested (ADCVDWeb Message # 4204401).
Commerce is rescinding the review for 31 companies. Of those, 21 companies had their requests for review withdrawn -- these companies are listed in Appendix II of the notice. Another 10 companies (see Appendix III of the notice for the names) will not be reviewed because they had no reviewable, suspended entries during the period of review.
CVD Cash Deposit Requirements
For companies that remain subject to review, new CVD cash deposit requirements may take effect beginning on the date of publication of the final results in the Federal Register. Commerce preliminarily calculated the following CV duty cash deposit rates:

Ten companies (listed in Appendix IV of the notice and in the chart above, after mandatory respondents KM Cabinetry and The Ancientree Cabinet Co.) were not individually examined and were assigned a review average rate.
Assessment Rates
If these preliminary results are confirmed in the final results, Commerce will set CVD assessments for importers of subject merchandise entered during calendar year 2023 at the rates listed above.
