The order concludes the Section 337 investigation the ITC launched in February, based on allegations by InOvate Acquisitions Company that the complainant is infringing its patents on "wall exhaust vent[s] that consumers use to cover an outdoor side of a wall exhaust outlet from outside contaminates such as pests, small animals, and debris" (see 2502050056). Xiamen didn't respond to the ITC throughout the investigation.
