Commerce said it made changes to the calculations following publication of the preliminary results, which reduced Agro Sevilla Aceitunas, S. Coop.And.’s AD rate from 23.86%. This change also reduced the calculated rate for the two non-individually examined companies, from 17.67%.
For exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all except the companies listed below), cash deposit rates remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. If the exporter has never been assigned its own AD rate but the manufacturer has, the rate assigned to the manufacturer applies. For merchandise manufactured and exported by companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the all-others rate of 19.98% applies.
New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect June 16
For entries on or after June 16, the date these final results are scheduled to be published in the Federal Register, Commerce is setting new AD cash deposit rates, with no changes to the calculations in the preliminary results, for subject merchandise produced or exported by the following companies:
Exporter | AD Rate |
---|---|
Agro Sevilla Aceitunas, S. Coop. And. | 2.64% |
Angel Camacho Alimentacion S.L. | 3.68% |
Aceitunera del Norte de Cáceres, S.Coop.Ltda. de 2 Grado | 3.08% |
Alimentary Group DCOOP, S.Coop. And. | 3.08% |
Assessment Rates for Entries August 2022 - July 2023
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD on importers of subject merchandise for entries Aug. 1, 2022, through July 31, 2023. Commerce will calculate importer-specific AD rates for entries from Agro Sevilla and Angel Camacho. Commerce will also assess AD for the other companies subject to the review at the rates listed above.
(The review period is 08/01/22 - 07/31/23. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 2409110054 for a summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
