Commerce previously published a notice saying that it had rescinded this review for many companies with no reviewable, suspended entries of subject merchandise during the review period or because a request for review of a company was withdrawn (see 2505160067).
Commerce has ordered liquidation “as entered” at the cash deposit rate in effect at the time of entry for subject merchandise from exporters for which a review was not requested (ADCVDWeb Message # 4141404).
Cash Deposit Requirements
Once Commerce issues its final results, new AD cash deposit requirements may take effect for some companies, beginning on the date of publication of the final results in the Federal Register. Commerce preliminarily calculated the following AD cash deposit rates:
Exporter | AD Rate (Prelim) |
---|---|
Devi Fisheries Limited/Satya Seafoods Private Limited/Usha Seafoods/Devi Aquatech Private Limited | 2.01% |
Sandhya Aqua Exports Private Limited | 5.32% |
Review Average Rate (applicable to 99 companies) | 3.96% |
Average rate. Commerce is not individually investigating 99 companies subject to this review and instead preliminarily assigned them an average rate using the rates calculated for the two mandatory respondents. See Appendix II in Commerce's notice for a full list of these 99 companies.
Assessment Rates
As part of this administrative review, Commerce will also calculate the AD it will assess on importers for entries of subject merchandise entered between Feb. 1, 2023, and Jan. 31, 2024. If these preliminary results are confirmed in the final results, entries of subject merchandise exported by the Devi Group of companies and by Sandhya will be assessed AD at importer-specific rates. Importers of subject merchandise exported by the other 99 companies under review will be assessed AD at the rate listed above.
(The period of review is 02/01/23 - 01/31/24. See the notice for additional information, including the scope of the order, potential cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc.)
