- CBP and the FDA are aware of reviews from the FDA indicating “FDA data not present." This has been rectified, and any submitted entries are being processed, as of June 10 at 5:02 p.m. EDT. Trade does not need to submit updates or replacements (here).
- ACE production standard invasive maintenance, June 14 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. June 15 EDT (here).
- The FDA has created two new Human Foods Program Process Indicator Codes for fruits and vegetables that are available for immediate use. They are applicable to Industry Codes 20-22 (Fruit/Fruit Products) and 24-25 (Vegetable/Vegetable Products) (here).
