Belgium Steel Plate in Coils: Prelim Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department has published the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on stainless steel plate in coils from Belgium (A-423-808). The agency preliminarily calculated a zero percent AD rate for the only company under review, Aperam Stainless Belgium NV. If the agency's finding is continued in the final results, importers of subject merchandise from Aperam entered May 1, 2023, through April 30, 2024, won't be assessed AD. Any changes to rates for Aperam would take effect on the date of publication in the Federal Register of the final results of this review, due in October.

Due to no reviewable entries from the following companies during the review period, Commerce said it is rescinding the review for them and they won't have a new rate calculated: ArcelorMittal Genk; Fenixs Steel NV; Helaxa BVBA; and Industeel Belgium.
This review covers only Aperam. Cash deposit rates for all other exporters of subject merchandise will not change as a result of this review, and Commerce has ordered liquidation of entries from such companies “as entered” at the cash deposit rate in effect at the time of entry (ADCVDWeb Message # 4222403).
(The period of review is 05/01/23 - 04/30/24. See the notice for additional information, including the scope of the order, potential cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc.)
