- REMINDER: Department of State, Office of Marine Conservation (OMC) Valid Country Code Notification: Starting June 1, when submitting a PGA Message Set with data for the OMC, Peru (PE) will no longer be a valid country code when using the conformance declaration code “7B” (here).
- CBP is currently developing the capability for the trade community to make Post-summary Correction (PSC) and Single Entry Summary payments electronically through the Automated Broker Interface (ABI). The update to the ACH Debit Authorization/Entry Summary Presentation CATAIR for PSC and single entry summary payments is available under the “Draft Chapters: Future Capabilities” on the CBP CATAIR page (here).
- Withhold Release Order on seafood, including but not limited to squid, harvested by Zhen Fa 7, a Chinese flagged vessel, is effective May 28 (here).
