WiseTech Global to Acquire e2open
Logistics solutions software provider WiseTech Global Limited is acquiring supply chain software-as-a-service platform e2open, the companies announced May 25.

The transaction is expected to close sometime in the second half of 2025, pending regulatory approval and customary closing conditions.
“WiseTech’s global footprint and commitment to innovation are highly complementary to e2open’s capabilities. Together, we will be able to offer a leading end-to-end platform for the world’s most complex supply chains," e2open CEO Andrew Appel said in the release.
Per transaction terms, e2open stockholders will receive $3.30 per share in cash, equating to an enterprise value of $2.1 billion.
