  • ACE Truck Manifest -- arriving Manifest with preliminary status no longer permitted. All ACE Truck Manifests should be transmitted and marked as “FINAL” prior to arrival at a port of entry. (here).
  • The Drawback Guidelines CATAIR Version 26 has been updated to Version 27 for the increase in Harmonized Tariffs per Entry Summary Line. The Drawback Guidelines CATAIR is posted under the “Draft Chapters: Future Capabilities” section of CBP.gov (here).
  • On May 14, the Department of Commerce initiated its less-than-fair-value and countervailing duty investigations on silicon metal from Angola (A-762-001), Australia (A-602-813/C-602-814), Laos (A-553-00/C-533-002), Norway (A-403-806/C-403-807) and Thailand (C-549-856) (see 2505200034). The scope of these investigations covers all forms and sizes of silicon metal, including silicon metal powder (here).
