Argentina Raw Honey: Amended Final Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department is amending the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on raw honey from Argentina (A-357-823), which became effective April 14. The change is to correct ministerial errors in the calculations of the rates for entries of subject merchandise from one company during the period Nov. 23, 2021, through May 31, 2023.

As such, the rate for mandatory respondent Asociacion de Cooperativas Argentinas C.L., which also brought the allegations of ministerial errors, changes from 15.06% to 6.19%. This new rate was also factored into the calculation for the average rate for the non-individually examined companies, adjusting it from 4.7% to 2.61%. The rate for Nexco S.A. is unchanged at 1.51%.
New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect May 22
For entries on or after May 22, the date these amended final results were published in the Federal Register, Commerce is setting new AD cash deposit rates for subject merchandise produced or exported by 18 companies, as follows:

Assessment Rates for Entries Nov. 23, 2021 - May 2023
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in the final results to calculate assessments of AD on importers of subject merchandise for entries between Nov. 23, 2021, and May 31, 2023. For entries from ACA, Commerce is calculating importer-specific AD rates. Commerce will assess AD on entries from the other companies subject to this review at the rates listed above.
