State Department Approves Military Sales to Turkey

The State Department approved two possible military sales to Turkey, the Defense Security Cooperation Agency said May 14.

One sale includes $225 million worth of "AIM-120C-8 Advanced Medium-Range Air-to-Air Missiles,” and the other includes $79.1 million worth of “AIM-9X Sidewinder Block II missiles.” The principal contractor for both sales will be RTX.
