CBP Updates Subheadings Subject to 10% Tariffs on Canadian Energy Products
CBP has revised the subheadings included on the list of commodities of energy and energy resources of Canada subject to 10% tariffs under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act fentanyl emergency to account for input from interagency partners, according to a May 15 cargo systems message.

The updated list, available here and as defined by Harmonized Tariff Schedule 9903.01.13, "is a full replacement of the previous list" from a March 24 CSMS message.
