Telebrands Corp., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its garden hoses of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 4009.32.0050 and secondary subheading 9903.88.03 should be excluded from paying Section 301 duties under secondary subheading 9817.00.50. # 25-00082. Filed May 6.

Huhtamaki, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its plates, bowls and clamshell containers of molded bamboo pulp classified under Harmonized Tariff Schedule secondary subheading 9903.88.03, which carries a 25% Section 301 duty, should enter duty-free under secondary subheading 9903.88.67. # 25-00083. Concept2, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its flywheel housing perforated screen of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 9506.91.00, dutiable at 4.6%, and secondary subheading 9903.88.15, for Section 301 duties, should be exempt from Section 301 duties under secondary subheading 9903.88.51, and should have been found to be excluded from the applicable antidumping and countervailing duties. # 25-00084.
