AIAG says the update to the free, standardized reporting tool developed in collaboration with participating OEMs will support due diligence efforts with suppliers seeking to prevent forced labor from entering the supply chain at the sub-tier level.
Participating OEMs -- Ford, GM, Honda, Nissan, Stellantis and Toyota -- will request selected supplier submissions beginning in September, according to AIAG. The annual reporting cadence is expected to become a broader requirement in mid-2026, AIAG said.
AIAG says the update streamlines reporting processes, making it easier for suppliers to complete due diligence and support compliance with industry standards and regulations related to forced labor.
