India OCTG: Final Results of AD/CVD Admin Reviews
The Commerce Department has released the final results of the antidumping and countervailing duty administrative reviews on oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from India (A-533-857/C-533-858). These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD for subject merchandise for the companies under review entered Sept. 1, 2022, through Aug. 31, 2023, and CVD for entries Jan. 1, 2022, through Dec. 31, 2022.

The results of both the AD review and the CVD review are unchanged from the preliminary results of each, Commerce said.
For exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all except the companies listed below), cash deposit rates will remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. For companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the all-others rate of zero percent applies.
New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect May 13
For entries on or after May 13, the date of publication of the final results of each review in the Federal Register, Commerce is setting a new AD cash deposit rate for subject merchandise produced or exported by the following company:

Assessment Rates for Entries in September 2022-August 2023, January-December 2022
Subject merchandise exported by Surya Roshni Ltd. during the period Sept. 1, 2022, through Aug. 31, 2023, will be liquidated without regard to AD. Commerce will use the rate listed above to set CVD assessments for Surya Roshni Ltd. for entries in calendar year 2022.
