  • On April 16, the Department of Commerce initiated its less-than-fair-value and countervailing duty investigations on certain monomers and oligomers from Korea (A-580-921) and Taiwan (A-583-879/C-583-880) (see 2504180023) (here).
  • The ACE Truck Manifest ANSI X12 350 Message Implementation Guide has been updated with some new valid disposition codes. The ACE Truck Manifest UNEDIFACT CUSRES SN Implementation Guide also has been updated with new valid disposition codes. • To align with the language in the April 2 presidential executive order addressing low-value imports from China, CBP is releasing April 22 updates to the certification environment for testing. The updates pertain to error codes and status notifications for ACE processing of de minimis shipments supporting EO 14256. These changes are scheduled to be deployed to production at 12:01 a.m. ET on May 2 (here).
  • CBP has corrected CSMS #64596929, saying that weight and weight unit of measure are two additional required data elements for the Supplemental Manifest Document. The new deadline is Oct. 1 (here).
