The ITC declined to issue cease and desist orders against the companies "because of the lack of evidence or allegations that AOSIMI maintains commercially significant inventories and/or engages in significant commercial operations in the United States." The order concludes a Section 337 investigation the ITC launched in December 2024, based on allegations by Husky Injection Molding Systems that the respondents are importing "certain mold products, cavity insert products, and molding apparatus products for injection molding machines and products containing these components" that infringe its patented machinery (see 2412130073).
