India Carbazole Violet Pigment: Prelim Results of CVD Admin Review
The Commerce Department has published the preliminary results of a countervailing duty administrative review of carbazole violet pigment 23 (CVP-23) from India (C-533-839). This review covers subject merchandise from three exporters under review entered during the period Jan. 1, 2022, through Dec. 31, 2022.

Cash Deposit Requirements
New CVD cash deposit requirements may take effect beginning on the date of publication of the final results in the Federal Register. Commerce preliminarily calculated the following CVD cash deposit rates:

For all producers and exporters not under review, CBP will continue to collect cash deposits of estimated countervailing duties at the most recent company-specific or all-others rate applicable to the company, as appropriate.
