Argentina Raw Honey: Final Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department has published the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on raw honey from Argentina (A-357-823). These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD on importers for subject merchandise entered Nov. 23, 2021, through May 31, 2023.

For exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all except the companies listed below), cash deposit rates remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. If the exporter has never been assigned its own AD rate but the manufacturer has, the rate assigned to the manufacturer applies. For merchandise manufactured and exported by companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the all-others rate of 16.92% applies.
After receiving comments on the preliminary results, Commerce changed the margin calculations for the two mandatory respondents, and the final AD rates are significantly lower for Asociacion De Cooperativas Argentinas Cooperativa Limitada (ACA) and the non-examined companies (down from 58.34%), while Nexco was assigned a rate above the de minimis rate it received in the preliminary results.
New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect April 14
For entries on or after April 14, Commerce is setting new AD cash deposit rates for subject merchandise produced or exported by the following companies:

Assessment Rates for Entries Nov. 23, 2021 - May 2023
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between Nov. 23, 2021, and May 31, 2023. For entries from ACA and Nexco, Commerce is calculating importer-specific AD rates. Commerce will assess AD on the other companies subject to this review at the rate listed above.
