  • RESOLVED: An issue with entry summary transmissions with Special Program Indicators (SPI) C and JP, HTS 9903.8191 or 9903.8508 incorrectly rejecting entry summary lines with the message F624 EST DUTY/CALC'D DUTY MISMATCH – LINE. Filers should resubmit entry summaries that failed as a result of this issue, as of April 10 at 11:20 a.m. EDT (here).
  • ACE Production Standard Invasive Maintenance, 10 p.m. April 12 to 4 a.m. April 13 EDT (here).
  • Trade community reminded about open registration for the CBP 2025 Trade and Cargo Security Summit (TCSS) in New Orleans May 6-8. General sessions, select breakout sessions, and luncheon keynotes will be available via webcast for virtual attendees. In-person attendee registration closes April 24 (here).
  • On April 7, the Department of Commerce initiated its less-than-fair-value duty and countervailing duty investigations on “Polypropylene Corrugated Boxes from China and Vietnam" (see 2504090057). These investigations have been assigned the following case numbers: A-570-203 and C-570-204 (China) and A-552-850 (Vietnam) (here).
