- The Foreign Supplier Verification Programs for Food Importers (FSVP) regulation applies to importers of human and animal food and the food they offer for importation into the U.S., unless an exemption in 21 CFR 1.501 applies (here).
- There is currently a performance issue with a system involved in processing some FDA entries, on April 9 at 3:16 p.m. EDT. As a result, there may be a delay as technical teams actively investigate the issue. Do NOT re-transmit entries, as this will add to the delay. Updates will be provided as information becomes available (here).
- ACE Certification Standard Invasive Maintenance Window, April 9 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. EDT (here).
- RESOLVED: The Ocean Manifest notifications backlog has cleared on April 8 as of 6:20 a.m. EDT (here).
- Updating Truck Manifest Invalid State Code for Section 321 consignee AA, AE, AP, MP -- CBP is aware of the issue where manifests were rejected for Invalid Sate Code for Armed Forces AA, AE, AP, MP for a Section 321 consignee. A fix for this issue will be deployed April 8 at 2 p.m. EDT (here).
