Only the exporters for which an administrative review was requested are covered by this review. Cash deposit rates for all other exporters will not change. Commerce has ordered liquidation “as entered” for entries during the period of review from all exporters for which a review was not requested or the request was withdrawn (AD/CVDWeb Message # 4262433).
Commerce said it is rescinding the review for 19 companies because there were no suspended entries from them entered during the review period. See the Appendix to the notice for a list of the 19 companies.
Cash Deposit Requirements
Once Commerce issues its final results, new AD duty cash deposit requirements may take effect for the four companies remaining under review, beginning on the date of publication of the final results in the Federal Register. Commerce preliminarily calculated the following AD duty rates:
Producer/Exporter | AD Rate (Prelim) |
---|---|
Dar Yu Enterprise Co Ltd. | 78.17% |
Liang Chyuan Industrial Co. Ltd. | 78.17% |
Tricera Corp. | 78.17% |
Your Standing International Inc. | 78.17% |
Assessment Rates
As part of this administrative review, Commerce will also calculate final AD duty assessments on importers of subject merchandise from the companies under review that was entered between July 1, 2023, and June 30, 2024. If these preliminary results are confirmed in the final results, importers of subject merchandise from the four companies, all of which are mandatory respondents, will be assessed AD at the rates, based on facts otherwise available, listed above.
(The period of review is 07/01/23 - 06/30/24. See the notice for additional information, including the scope of the order, potential cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc.)
